NEWS FLASH
“BULLY’S MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE”.
By : Andrew Wood

BULLSEYE,
the iconic British family entertainment game
show that is truly loved by the nation. But as
with all things, you have to move forward in
line with the times. The shows on television
today are either reality shows that the public
are quickly tiring of or wannabe shows and
premium-priced phone-in prize shows.
But now for the news on Bullseye.
I have written an
alternative ending in which contestants could
have the chance of winning “BULLY’S
MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE”.
Yes, one million pounds. It will be an end of
series one-hour special in which we invite the
three highest scoring teams from the entire
series (if more than three teams with the same
high scores, there will be a play-off to get
down to three teams). This one-hour special will
include highlights and clips from the entire
series of the contestants, the special guest
stars, the Professional Darts players and, of
course, the host.
The
much-loved Bullseye format will remain the same
for this One-off Special except for this extra
added option of ‘BULLY’S
MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE’.
The contestants through to the end game will be
offered, by the host, not two options, but three
options:
1. They
can elect to try and win ‘BULLY’S
MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE’.
To win this fantastic prize, they must score
‘401 or more’ with nine darts – six for the dart
throwing contestant and three for the brains. If
they fail to score ‘401 or more’, they don’t win
the jackpot prize but we will triple their score
into pounds. For example, if they score 360
between them, they will win £1080! The highest
possible score with nine darts is 540. We are
asking our contestants to try and score ‘401 or
more’ with nine darts. The enormity of the
challenge is matched by the enormity of the
prize.
OR
2. They
can elect to try and win Bully’s Mystery Star
Prize by scoring ‘101 or more’ with six darts –
three for the dart player, three for the brains
of the team. If they fail to score ‘101 or more’
between them, they lose everything. It is all or
nothing.
OR
3. They
can take all of the money and prizes they have
won on the show and leave taking their winnings
with them. The host will then invite the highest
scoring runners-up back onto the stage and offer
them the chance of winning Bully’s Mystery Star
Prize or ‘BULLY’S
MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE’.
When, and
if, we do a new series of
BULLSEYE,
I will do my best to get the broadcaster to
agree to this End of Series One-off Special ‘BULLY’S
MILLION POUND JACKPOT PRIZE’.
We will be looking for contestants for the
series, non-professional darts players of the
highest standard – County Players, Super League
Players, pub league players - with playing
partners (the brains) who are both excellent
darts players and have a wide range of general
knowledge to make formidable teams.
BULLSEYE
– is the complete family entertainment game show
and one that has no premium priced phone-ins.
As they say, watch this
space!
SIROCCO

After a terrorist bomb explodes on the busy
concourse of Boston’s North Station on a crisp
and wintry Saturday morning leaving hundreds
dead and wounded, the head of the US Secret

Jack fears that the country is in grave danger
and that it is just the start and a furious

begins.
Frenetic and fast-paced, Sirocco is a
globe-spanning contemporary action thriller

The new series of
Bullseye
hosted by Dave Spikey and
co-host and referee Tony
Green on Challenge proved
once again that
Bullseye
is still the nations
best-loved family
entertainment game show.
Bullseye
broke channel records for
Challenge too in viewing
figures. This was confirmed
by Jonathan Webb, Director
of Programming, Bravo,
Trouble, Challenge, and
Player.
Bullseye
also gave Challenge for the first time in their history a bigger
market share than Sky1.
